R&D Block, Ground Breaking Ceremony

Youm-e-Takbeer was celebrated in PIEAS on May 28, 2022 to commemorate the 24th anniversary of Pakistan's nuclear tests. PIEAS and PMC faculty attended the event, which started with flag hoisting by Dr. Nasir Majid Mirza, Rector PIEAS and salute by security staff. On this occasion, the children from PMC schools sang national anthem and songs. The rest of the ceremony took place in INAM-UR-REHMAN auditorium where Dr. Shahid Qamar, Director CMS read out the Chairman PAEC message. Dr. Nasir Majid Mirza in his address apprised the audience about the history of nuclear program in Pakistan and its current peaceful usage. He also distributed awards and medals among PIEAS & PMC faculty/staff to recognize their contributions.
