Closing Ceremony of PIEAS Student Week 2022
Student Week - Fall semester 2022 was organized successfully by PIEAS Sportics Society (PSS) after a gap of 3 years, from 10th - 16th October, 2022. Male and female students participated in numerous modules ranging from minigames (chess, arm wrestling, etc.) to athletics and traditional outdoor/indoor sports (squash, cricket, football, etc.).
8 teams were made on departmental basis, and all modules were conducted on departmental level. Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering (DMME) was declared as overall winner of Student Week - Fall 2022.
Pro-Rector, Dr. Naseem Irfan was the chief guest on the closing ceremony held on Nov. 21, 2022. He distributed certificates to winning teams/participants and the organizing committee. The ceremony was also attended by PIEAS sportics society advisor Mr. Khaleeq Ahmad, Head Residential Services Division Dr. Adnan Hamid, Head Student Affairs Division, Dr. Attaullah, and Mr. Saeed Omar.
